- Sign and payApproval usually comes within one business day. We email your lease to sign online. Pay your first month in the tenant portal, then turn on autopay.
- Move inMove in once payment clears; we send your space number and access instructions. Bring your own lock for enclosed units.

Questions
Is there sales tax?
Florida adds 7% sales tax to storage for vehicles, boats and RVs: open and covered spaces, and an enclosed unit holding a vehicle, boat or RV. Household or business goods in an enclosed unit aren't taxed.
Is there power?
Yes, at every covered and enclosed unit except Building 10.
How do I pay?
Rent is due on the 1st, and your first month is prorated. Pay in the tenant portal: bank account payments are free, and cards carry a $9.99 processor fee. Autopay keeps it automatic.
Do you check my credit?
No. The application costs $0 and we don't run credit, background or income checks for storage. AppFolio's form asks for your Social Security number; it's encrypted and stored securely.
What happens if rent is late?
Storage here is governed by Florida's Self-Storage Facility Act (Fla. Stat. §§83.801–83.809). The facility has a lien on stored property for unpaid rent and charges, and the property can be sold to satisfy it after the notices the law requires. If you're running behind, message us early.
